The Domestic installation variety of the NICEIC forms are produced in a shortened format to suit that particular application. 3 pages for EIC. 4 Pages for PIR [ used to be 3 .until BS 7671 2008]

They must of changed them then. I used some years ago and there was a lot of stuff in them that is not in the standard forms.

No idea what green forms are about , someone will know. I find the whole "P" thing totally ludicrous TBH ,all of us joining little clubs, notifying this but not that, any unskillled person buys stuff at B&Q and ignores the whole thing, millions of jobs not notified unless building control is involved....................what was the question ?

On the commercial side there is no legal neccesity to be in a scheme so green forms are appropriate then, thats one use.

Russell there is no legal necessity to be registered on a scheme even on the Domestic side.

The Green NICEIC forms are for use by anyone who needs to Certificate their work.as is required in order to conform with various peices of legislation be it in the Industrial / Commercial / or Domestic sectors. NICEIC Domestic Installers can make use of them when carrying out work ouside of the scope of their Enrolement. NICEIC Approved Contractors can do likewise

you need to be registered with a scam provider to 'sign off' part p jobs. for commercial and certain other domestic works, you dont need to be registered with anyone. the green NIC forms are for use by anyone, registered with them or not
