Replacing manual thermostat with heatmiser slimline v3

Hi All,

I have a center manual thermostat, with the wiring schedule as shown below. I want to swap for a heatmiser slimline v3,

How do i swap the wiring over please? What confuses me is the mention of two neutrals. I have 3 wires - live, neutral and what i assume is switched live. Which is switched live in this?

And i am assuming i will wire it in like this:

A2 being switched live?

No. You have a completely different stat to the one you are taking off so you need the instructions for the new one, what do they say?

Not sure the earth should be used as switched live!

as daft as it is, 7671 doesnt say you cant, it says you cant use a single core g/y for anything other then an earth / PEN conductor but doesnt say you cant mark a g/y in a flex as something else
