what type of insulated lug was fitted was it a push-on spade type or bolt type

I would use uninsulated lugs  much better fit on 4mm ,insulated lugs (yellow) will fit 4mm & 6mm never thought that was a good idea

Might need a spreader box on the top ?

What size were the 6491x cables ,were the lugs insulated or uninsulated.Think i would try soldering the lugs onto the intemp 250 cable

do you think that you could have the correct relay (contactor) with the wrong overload fitted to it ,also have you checked that the coil voltage is the same as the old one

does it need a new exhaust back box

Getting a low flame on righthand side of burner sometimes not enough to heat the flame sence electrode and boiler shuts down . Can you wirebrush the top of burner to clean/improve the flame . Yours benji

whats a drylon machine?

recently fitted a  induction hob, very nice but woudn,t  think they were upto heavy catering usage

alloy would be cheaper than brass

is it single phase or three phase & whats the distance from meter & what size cable/load
