    Swa Termination - The Correct Way

    Found this 'termination' when changing a CU, the SWA was feeding a garage with the sheath used as an earth..... Now chased out the wall, poked through at the base, up into the meter cupboard where I will split the tails and a KMF will be fitted.

    2 X Ovens-Please Help!

    New 6mm Radial to cooker isolater, from cooker isolator to dual outlet cooker plate. Wire in both ovens from there? Create a switched FCU  from an existing point for the hob ignitor?

    Andy - Can the work not be signed off under the 'Third Party Certification scheme' as mentioned in Approved Doc P of the building regs? Obviously the OP would have had to engage the Third party prior to commencing the work in order to do this.

    We jsut re-fitted the kitchen with GU10's and LED bulbs. Fantastic difference and the npower meter doesn't jump straight in the red anymore when we turn the kitchen lights on!

    Can you get an electrician registered with a competent persons scheme in a Third Party Capacity to sign it off? Maybe try contacting NICEIC/NAPIT Directly?
