I have a job to do ( new kitchen circ ), my question is that it has 2 stop taps within 350mm of each other ( lead ), I know I have to bond within 600mm and was going to bond after the second stop tap am I right ???????????.

House side of furthest stop tap would be appropriate.

If there are 2 taps, its often because the first wont fully turn off, so second is added after it. easier to add a new tap with small amount of water rather than full pressure

I will second that, bond after second tap no problem, make sure after the kitchen is fitted that it is accessable for inspection, the kitchen fitter come gardener come nuclear scientist will know this but they often forget! ( Personal view not shared) :)
