My file attachment limitations are the same in the downloads forum as they are here from what I can see. I have a limit of 1000kb which is way sort of the mark, even after splitting it to remove the relevant section and I optimised the pdf to reduce the res of the images in it I wasn't able to get it within my attachment filesize limit.
