All i will say is you see the 'completed' version of this all over UK motorways, annoying everyone by telling you what speed you should be doing on a clear motorway and hiding the gatso (mostly empty boxes) behind it.

yes, and the caravan parking is the last place i would want to park - normally full of drivers who can barely reverse.... and thats before they put their caravan on the back!
