Creda heater instructions

Hi
I have moved into an apartment where a storage heater (see images) is installed. I cant figure out how the two controls work, one says ROOM TEMP , the other has COMBI COMFORT BOOST . The heater also has 2 main switches. Is there a manual available for this.
