Dimplex Storage Heater Issue - With Switch

Hi,

 
I have Dimplex CXL 24 Series C Stroage Heater. Few days back storage heating stopped working but other one was working. Now my normal heating started intermittently stopped working due to spark in switch. I just opened the cover of heater and found that switch started burning down. 
 
I have few questions in my mind.
 
1. Can I change the damaged switch?
2. if answer to first question is yes, then where I may buy the switch used? It has written below on it, one side
 
      81                     T125
                        16(6)/250~
                        10(4)/250~ Register symbol
 
Would you please explain what does it mean and from where I may purchase it?
 
3. How Storage Heating could be restarted?
 
4. Any pointer to cost effective electrician who may fix it?

Is this switch inside the heater?

It would help if you could post a picture but first it would need one of the moderators to come along and enable your full posting rights.
