Extractor fan question

I think its a case of whatever,its one of these Qs where its going to keep going on until the OP gets the answer he wants,

not the answer that will work,

which I think someone gave way near the start.

Not atal...... i just wanted other peoples oppinions..... and if there was an actaul way to resolve this, yes i could remove the shutter alltogether but it is there for a reason so i dont want to really...... and yes i could replace the fan compleatly but i dont really want to do that either so if there was something out there that i was not aware of maybe someone on here could have pointed me in the rite direction but there is not really anything that can cure this unless removing the shutter or fitting a new fan...... so posting on here has helped me in figuring out how to solve it.... basicly there is the 2 methods mentioned or put up with it.
