Hi all,

I’ve got a dawn to dusk light on the outside of our sauna which is either not coming on or is just very dim and flickering (at dusk). There isn’t anything wrong with the light itself as I’ve tested it on another circuit. I noticed that when I slowly screwed and unscrewed a bulb from another light on the same circuit that the d2d light would momentarily flicker on at full power… All others work ok. Any ideas to the cause?

Best wishes,

Robb

Possibly a little bit of corrosion on the contacts. ES lamps are also good at flattening the central sprung contact, a tweak with a long nose pair of pliers can sort that out - do turn off the circuit first 💥😀
