Hi,

Got called out about a year ago to no hot water on the off peak side. Timeclock not working, changed for new, like for like. Got called back again a few days ago, same fault. Timeclock is faulty again, clock face not rotating or switching. Switched into manual 'on' mode but the heater is taking no current so I assume stat or heater has had it.

I know nothing about these and think I wil pass it on to the manufaturers or ANOther who understands them! Any experts out there?

In the manual there is a tech helpline number, they can diagnose over the phone. Use the customers landline though as it costs

Hi,

Ta, yes i got caught once before on that! Unforunately this is a tenanted property and they are rarely in.
