Help with 3 Gang 2 Way Smart Wifi Switch set up

Is the following set up possible with a 3 Gang 2 Way Smart Wifi Switch set up (the black glass type touch ones)

One of the 3 switches, switches the loft light on/off
The second one switches a motion sensor outside which is connected to two up/down lanterns on and off plus they have overide built into them so they can stay on permanently.

The third one does the same as the second one but for a lantern at the front of garage

Is the following set up possible

Would that not depend on.
1) The switch you choose (Your choice, you have to look at it all the time, we don't)
2) Is there a neutral at the switch (Most smart switches require a neutral)
3) Can the smart switch operate a PIR? (I have never tried, but most smart switches use "electronics" (Triac, maybe) to switch, which may cause problems for a PIR as it too has electronics)
4) You will probably have to use spacers or change the back box to a deeper one to accommodate a smart switch.

Could smart-lamps be a better solution than smart switches?

i.e. just pair your lamp with a wifi phone app..

Leave manual switch turned on...
then do what the heck you want with individual lamps via the App??
