what denotes the amount of current during and electric shock? Is it more around the resistance of you in your situation? does the circuit load that your being shocked by have anything to do with it?

Think about it. V=IR the voltage is a constant as it your resistance (at a given time) so the current flowing is the variable. Think how your resistance decreases naked and wet (ooh Matron........Blushing) and realise why we have special locations and specific rules there.

The power of the appliance is irrelevant.
