Hi,
Hopefully having a 17.6kw solar system fitted soon. I have setup the battery bank 48 2v forklift batteries 775ah wired they are 48v , now my question is i have 2 pos leads and 2 neg leads coming off this battery on 50mm2 cable which will go to a busbar or connection block then from there 50mm2 cable going to two inverters now I intend to put a inline fuse on the pos lead going to each inverter , what fuses are the best I’m looking at 200 amp rating , I’ve seen mega fuses at this rating will they do .
? also what’s a good busbar I was going to crimp ends on the wire and bolt them together inside a insuLated box if I couldn’t find a busbar to take this cable
thank any input gratefully received

I used NH1 fuse, designed for use on DC etc.

For the busbar I would use copper bar available on the well know auction site. Mounted in a plastic box on some insulated stand offs.
