Many heating faults and problems relate to the electrical control devices, thermostats, valves, programmers and their associated wiring. Heating engineers often get electricians to undertake this aspect of their work. As an electrical forum the advice given will primarily be around the electrical control of heating systems.

'talk.electricianforum.co.uk' has many qualified electricians with experience of working on heating controls. They will be please to offer whatever advice and help that they can.

Any problems or faults with the gas control & burners & flues & exhaust etc. are best put to a qualified Gas Safe engineer.
