Solic 200 problem

Hi I am having problems with my solic 200 three red lights no matter if I recommission rec a supposed to be new one today same as existing one the company owner is very unhelpful he says there is an electrical problem at my house which is nonsense I had to pay him £120 for this new box although they are meant to have a 10 year guarantee.anyone know of a more reliable co. For a new type of solar Imm. Box thanks

Never had problems with Solic. Their warranty was always 'return to base ' so you have to send duff unit to them to assess.

3 red lights means it needs commissioning, check connections to amp clamp
