They are so rude, called to a another faulty shower switch today, quick inspection and old rubber insulated cables poor ir reading, old wylex board, advised upgrading etc etc, bog off she says I call you here for a faulty switch and your trying to rip me off with rewire etc. I say hold your horses I have sorted your switch all Iam doing is advising future improvement, give me the bill and be on your way she says. Lol, another satisfied customer.

I would be tempted to write her a letter stating your findings and advising her to have an EICR carried out

hand deliver it...

put one on file for your records

ok so you wont get the work but your ar#e is covered...........and

you can walk away thinking.......shes carping herself now because she thinks her house is unsafe !!!!!!!!!
