Lat week went to an immersion heater not working, tested element had gone. However could not get the immersion out as the pipes feeding to and from the cold water tank passed over and by the side of the I/H. I looked at the plumbing but seeing the state of it and that l had a devil of a problem operating the water shut off decided that a plumber was needed. Informed customer who said he would do this.
