The supply to those lights appears to go from the switch box as a normal twin and earth cable.
Somewhere, it changes to that strange twin cable belonging to the old lighting system.
That transition may be in just a junction box, or it may be a transformer. Whatever it is, wherever it is, is where you would disconnect the old system and connect your new led driver to the twin and earth coming from the switch.
