Echoing Steps;  MDF has been identified within a set of malaises

within the condition generally known as Sick Building Syndrome.

I read a comprehensive report abot it in 2001.  Should have asked

for a copy.

Got a call last year for myself and colleagues to a meeting with our local health department, they wanted to go through areas in our hospital that we had worked in and may have been exposed to asbestos. Most of the areas were supposed to have been cleared in the past but had been carried out poorly. One area was in a croft where you have to crawl through, we would have pulled our cables through the dust, disturbing it whilst working in a confined space. They called in specialist and gave us a complete checkup but as they say it can take up to 40 years to show any signs. The anoying thing is specialist companies were paid an extortionate amount of money to clear the stuff and only did half a job.  bad day explode
