Hi. I have my pv system installed for 3 months. I tried to set SEG with my current supplier EDF but they need DNO which I still have not received. Moreover when they asked for export reading from smart meter installed by GlowGreen I realised it keeps showing same data. Asked glow green for help and been told by them that smart meter does not have to show exported electricity?!? Anyone help?

I think you need to supply us with a photo of your "smart meter" please.
I am guessing the meter you are looking at is your generation meter. The Smart meter you need to be looking at if you have one is the main electric supply meter. If you can picture that too it will help. Maybe you don't yet have a smart supply meter? A photo will help.

Ok thanks for the pictures, the Emlite meter is able to read both import and export and depending on how it was configured will auto cycle between IMP-EXP-NET readings. Maybe they didn't configure it to do so? Though I'm not sure that any energy supplier will take the readings for export payments? The meter does though meet the essential requirements of the Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) 2004/22/EC and the UK Measurement Instrument Regulations 2016 (MIR)
but outside your home the big white box shown in pic 2 should I believe house your Grid supply meter. That's the one I think that EDF are needing to show export readings for SEG payments. Here is a link to the user manual for the ECA2 meter.
