Earth Query

hi guys - first timer here so please go gently! 
 

I have just bought a new light fitting which the connection wiring is already in a set block and all that’s required to do is put ‘N’, ‘L’ & ‘E’ cables from the ceiling rose and off i go. 

However as the wiring is on a loop the question I have, is that do I remove the Earth from the ceiling rose and put into the block, or do I leave the block with just N & L as the loop

will Do the same thing!

as you’ll probably already know - I’m not an electrician or have any experience about wiring loops.

Sory to say I recommend you get an electrician to fit it, he won't charge much and it will be safe.  I would normally try and help but I don't think you are competent.

All I will say is that the earth wire is the most important of those wires and if the fitting has a terminal for it then it is required to be connected for safety
