Although its published June (or is it July) 2018, isn't the implementation date Jan 2019. So all work can carry on as per 17th until the end of the year? May as well wait and get it as a Christmas present, if that's the case?

and if they REALLY wanted to make more out of us for the gravy fund.....blue 

i have Blue. AND it is loose leaf and amendments could be added!

this was considered as a BAD move as the gravy level started to drop so they binned the idea and yet again we sucked it up
