Becoming an electrician - Colour Blind

I am really interested in becoming an electrician however i have slight red/green colour blindness. Do you know if i could still become a sparky? I know they sell glasses now which make colour blind people see normal. I am looking at doing an apprenticeship.

I don't think it is an impossible goal for you to achieve.?

Welcome. If you can pass the eyesight test then it should not stop you at all.

I think as per a previous thread on here try the online practice tests. If its only a slight issue then you should pass them with ease.
