Can I revive 18v NiMH dewalt battery???

Had a fairly new 18v Nimh Dewalt battery die on me and It wont take a recharge at all. Any tips on how to revive or is back to the local dewalt service centre?

I think you can take them apart one of the connections between cells is probably broke. I have never taken one apart myself just read it somewhere.

is the charger flashing fast to say it cannot charge it?

Have you checked the voltage to see whether it is open circuit and there is a break in the connections inside where the individual cells are joined together??
