It will be down to the DNO for the area (might not even be BG), so ring the number from the customers bill and work from there, someone put up a map with DNO for each region can't recall the thread but dare say Patch will find it pronto

listen to the different options and when you get through they will give you a number for the contractor looking after your area .. ie : we have national grid here..
