how can you change a lighting pendant and test the circuit all in 5 min for

The company in question was 1st access, anybody had any experiences with them?

The expert was Tony Cable I think he's a main man at the NIC.

I think Dave is saying to change a pendant like for like wpould be around

not all pendants are class 2, so have a metal housing so that needs to be tested as it contains an earth.. it is always good to do a Zs reading anyway...

Class 2 pendant,

loose wire/fault, I wouldnt issue a mwc or test the circuit. Zs yes and about 20 quid. As for the expert saying about

quick test but no cert as like for like and problem was faulty pull cord (stiff when pulling) and batten smashed so live parts showing.

Just done a call out to factory that had lost all lights.

Dropped everything, went and replaced the MCB.
