Internal fit 100/117mm vent kit

Hi peeps,

Anyone know of a manufacturer of a 100/117mm internal fit wall vent kit, needs to do a 650mm wall though, most seem to do 390 mm max.

no idea on internal fit, but what i often do is drill the hole, throw a rope out and use that to pull up the duct / vent in through the hole. you can get 1m lengths of duct from screwfix

 A length of 100mm  plastic soil pipe .

or 

A length of laminated aluminium  hose 102mm  dia.   X 10m

you can get couplers and some solvent weld for another length of 100mm pipe

Theres a good idea from two members ...........     push a rope through the hole , tie a CIRCULAR grille   with a load of mastic on it ,   pull it up , reach through and stick it to the wall  without any ladder work.

If you only have a square external grill, mark the internal end of the duct with horizontal lines so you can level it from inside.

I can’t fit an external grille unfortunately guys, plus it’s above a roof, and, wait for it, behind the fascia board!

use flexible duct instead. you can get a vent to almost anywhere from the inside with a bit rope, even if its above a roof (as long as you can get to the rope, use a cable rod if necessary to pull it twards you

on a bit of 4" soil pipe pushed through from inside. You can get fans with the flaps on the back to stop wind coming in.

put on the end, push it through then pull it back to seal neatly, just like a boiler flue.
