need a pole to fit sockets & data onto. total height around 3mtr. any recommendations?

yep, something like that. not used them before and google hadnt brought up much
that looks like dado trunking on end! I haven't seen a power pole for years, probably because it's just as easy to use a decent bit of trunking and make your own?
only problem with trunking & DIY would be the sockets on their sides
4 x 4 and single sockets,
most power poles only take single sockets anyway
the big problem with trunking is it is nowhere near as sturdy

used to buy scratched Inca 101 trunking from thorsman
spray it to customers colour
thorsman made Top and bottom fixings
looked really good
not sure if it's made anymore

I think EGA was the last one I did ...it used their EGA trunking boxes , As Stepps says ..1 gang one above the other ..complete with top & bottom brackets for fixing .
Best if they disappear into a false ceiling .
