I too have the Atlas IT. Very easy to use and gives clear and concise results.
It'll tell you which wires are wrong (if any) showing non-continuity and cross overs.
It'll also tell you which type of cabling has been employed.
I got mine from Maplin, about £80 iirc.
This system really should be an S plan plus (three zones each with a self closing 2 port valve)
Anytyhing else is a bodge really. The ufh really needs to be on much longer than trad rads.
Plumbers just seem to think they have to fit 3pv's to everythng!

If the insulation layer is compromised the front panel could get hotter than is intended by design and may even be dangerously hot for small hands etc.

Compression fittings on domestic gas pipework is fine as long as they are accessible. I asked this wuestion of a GS registered friend only a few weeks ago. AFAIK there is no difference between water and gas compression fittings.
You won't have any problems with that tiddler on a 32A/6mm. I've seen much bigger units on 32/6 with no apparent problems. But put it on a 40A to be sure.
