Because I learnt this week that F**k You doesn’t. 

So just want to make sure we are all talking about the same career.

WTGrape is your problem pal. If you are talking about one thing and we translate as something completely different then why do you think you are going to get any bloody help. 

I suggest you speak to the specialists in Romania about your issues then you might get the answers you’re looking for. 

For all I know you might be translating electrician to mean something completely different to what I do day in and day out. 

 
@SharpendSorry for confusion,electrical officer is above an electrician and chief electrician but below a captain,a chief engineer or a second engineer.

 
And you think that you can walk into that job because? 

How about you get to grips with reality, start at the bottom and work up towards that position. I don’t care who you are the navy isn’t going to let anybody be an Electrical Officer, degree or not.

now you want to be chief engineer?

mate of mine works at sea. started 4th engineer working his way up. ad he knows prety much nothing about electrics as its not something you need to know...

How do you know that?That's not true.You do need physics chapters like electricity,thermodynamics and mechanics to understand how the relays,generators,electrical and pneumatic engines and the automated fuses  work in the ships.Where did you heard that?
