Single Core Cables In Cable Tray

Anybody ever came across this before as it's the first time i've seen singles in cable tray.

I noticed them on a job i was doing today.

Singles out of galv trunking the straight onto the tray feeding the lighting circuit

I did tell the client thats it's wrong and a few other things which had been done and he said we are just waiting for them to cert the job then pull them up on it and the other things i mentioned.
