I think it's a little harsh to come here as a new member posting negative reviews. You are complaining about something you personally never even noticed, and then moaning because you had to pay return postage, despite the seller saying you would have to. Even under your 7 day cooling off period...

OK I've had enough of this thread. Not going anywhere. There is merit in a sticky with the correct definitions, I would like to see a thread dedicated to that. Ideally a single post closed and made sticky, no confusion, no debate.
